AISI 303 stainless steel, hexagon socket head.

Ball and spring

- Version KN : hardened stainless steel ball, stainless steel spring with normal end-force.
- Version KSN (with yellow painted body): hardened stainless steel ball, stainless steel spring with heavy end-force.

Thread locking
- Version KN -PFB: thread locking by means of polyamide blue coating (M3 to M16)(see Technical Data).
- Version KSN -PFB: thread locking by means of polyamide green coating (see Technical Data).
Working temperature: from -50°C to +90°C.

Special executions on request (For sufficient quantities)
- Version KN -PFB: thread locking by means of polyamide blue coating (M20 and M24))(see Technical Data).

Features and applications
GN 615.3-NI threaded ball spring plungers represent a further development of plungers type GN 615-NI, for special
applications which require the fixation by means of a socket screw.
AISI 303 stainless steel, thanks to its high resistance to corrosion, allows the application of these plungers on machines and
equipment in those sectors where laws or particular hygienic, climatic and environmental factors make it mandatory to
use corrosion resistant materials.
